What is creativity? In the formal sense, it's to have the ability to innovate and to liberate from established perspectives. Simply to be original and be imaginative.

When I take creative pictures, I try to highlight that the world isn't in one way, but in many different ways. Trying not to be mainstream - that's easier said than done...

Of course I want people to say to me "Oh, what nice pictures" - but I would probably also like to take pictures where they think:

"What the hell is that?" or "It was a strange image". For me, the most important thing, is that there will be a reaction - no matter what the reaction.

Creative photography is for me to create images that go a little outside of clichés and try to see something "new" in something that is already known to most people.
